Which concern is yours?
Profhilo is considered when skin looks dehydrated, crepey or less elastic. It spreads through the treated area to support hydration and skin remodelling. Selected face, neck, décolletage and hand concerns can be discussed; body areas use an area-specific Profhilo Body approach where suitable.
Profhilo Structura is designed for selected changes in the deeper facial fat compartments, particularly the lateral cheek. It is considered when facial support or fullness has reduced.
Both use hyaluronic acid, but they are different formulations with different placement and treatment goals. Dr Yash will assess which, if either, suits you.

An injectable treatment made with hybrid complexes of hyaluronic acid, intended to improve skin hydration and the appearance of firmness and elasticity.

Crepey or less elastic skin
Profhilo may suit selected skin-quality concerns on the face, neck, décolletage or backs of the hands, following assessment of the area and product protocol.
Body areas
Inner arms, abdomen & above the knees
Where offered and suitable, Profhilo Body may be considered for early crepey texture or skin laxity on the inner upper arms, abdomen and skin above the knees. We assess each area separately; treatment will not remove substantial excess skin.
Treatment course
Usually planned as a course
A common starting plan is two appointments about four weeks apart, followed by a review. Maintenance depends on your skin and response.
Recovery
Temporary injection effects
Small bumps at injection points, redness, tenderness or bruising can occur. They usually settle, but plan around an important event.

Profhilo Structura
A distinct hyaluronic acid formulation designed for selected changes in facial fat compartments, particularly the lateral cheek region.
What it does
Targets a deeper layer
Structura is placed in a deeper tissue plane than standard Profhilo. It is designed to integrate with selected facial fat compartments and may improve the appearance of support and fullness over time.
Who might consider it
Facial fullness after weight change
Significant weight loss can make changes in the cheeks and sides of the face more noticeable. Dr Yash will assess whether your concern relates to the lateral cheek fat compartment and whether Structura is suitable. Results cannot be predicted from weight loss alone.
Treatment course
Assessment, course and review
Published clinical protocols commonly use two treatments around one month apart. Dr Yash will explain the proposed course and timing for you.
Recovery
Allow for settling
Tenderness, swelling, bruising or entry-point marks can follow an injectable procedure. The expected recovery and aftercare are discussed before treatment.

Profhilo
When skin quality is the priority
Consider for crepey appearance, hydration and early laxity. It is not intended to sculpt the jawline or replace substantial facial volume.
Areas to discuss: Face, neck, décolletage and hands; Profhilo Body for selected inner arms, abdomen or above-knee skin.
Profhilo Structura
When facial support is the priority
Consider for selected loss of fullness at the sides of the face, including some patients after significant weight loss. It is not a general body skin booster.
Typical focus: Lateral cheek and related facial fat compartments.
The visible change, number of sessions and suitability vary. Dr Yash will discuss alternatives such as filler or collagen stimulators if they better match your anatomy and goals.

Can Profhilo help the arms, abdomen or knees?
Profhilo Body may be considered for selected skin-quality or early laxity concerns in these areas. We assess the degree of loose skin and explain realistic outcomes.
Will Profhilo change my face shape?
Standard Profhilo is used for skin quality rather than precise contouring or volume replacement.
Is Structura suitable after weight loss?
It may be considered if weight loss has made lateral cheek fat-compartment changes more noticeable. Assessment is needed to see whether it matches your particular concern.
Does treatment hurt?
Both involve injections. You may feel brief stinging or pressure, and comfort measures can be discussed.
Will I need time off?
